id like to mod the interior overhead light into something that illuminates more of the car and with less intense lighting.

    any suggestions?

should be pretty easy, but for crazy electronics, talk with Hemi_Powered.

    ahhh.... no.

Anyways. I wanna go for the -super clean- type mods. Something you'd expect to be stock if you didn't know how subarus were equipped.

Basically, there a bad shadow in the back seat/floor cast by the current light, and it kinda glares in the front seat.

I'm thinking I'd like to geta cut-out template of the ceiling pattern and think of/rough sketch lighting ideas...

Does anyone know how to safely remove the ceiling without mutilating it?

If I could do that, I'd start by making a template and experimenting with lamp placement...
