So i picked up a pink 'i' badge off of ebay for like a dollar. Here's the rice part. It's got a neon bulb so it glows. I doubt it'll ever go on my car but if anyone wants to help figure out how to make it work I'd be greatful. Right now i've got the badge with two wires and a "black box" with two wires on one side, and three on the other. It's an intriguing puzzle....

probably a relay but u can easily figure it out by hooking it up to a battery

tried that. well with up to 3V, didn't trip at all. I'm trying to dig up a 9V battery too. Other ideas in case it's not a relay?

I would think the two wires connect together to the badge, the 3 others are probably a constant power, switched power, and ground. I would need to see it to figure it out. Can't be to hard though, I was just reading a DIY on Scoobymods about doing that, which seemed kinda cool.

    This might help

thats basically a relay... other possibilities might be ground, power for dim lighting, power for bright lighting.... or ground, power for constant on, power for blinking badge :D
