I am there most Thursdays myself. If you get there early enough there is a GT parking lot literally right next to Rocky Mountain (the lot is on the corner of 10th and Hemphill). I have been parking there regularly for about 5 years and never had an issue. If you get there after 8-8:30 you will be driving through Home Park looking for a spot on the road. Rocky also has a gravel lot behind their deck you can park in, but is usually full, and if your car is lowered I would not bother with it. Edit: riddlinkidd, you go to Tech and don't know where to park at rocky?!?
well thats what was concerned with; if the parking is full. i figured parking at the tech plaza was the most obvious answer though.
