Roommate or Room Needed in Lawrenceville/Duluth Area

As the title states, I would like to further reduce my expenses.

I am looking for a roommate or room in Lawrenceville/Duluth/Lilburn/Buford. My current lease is up June 30, 2009. This would be for a 1 year term, longer if needed.

I travel often for work, not messy, very quiet, easy to get along with, don't like arguing, pays bills on time, pets are cool.

If you can help, or are interested in finding an apartment to rent, please let me know.

I live in a house with a guy in Grayson. His name is Dean and he's pretty cool but a bit older (mid 40s). Anyway there's another guy besides me in the house right now but he's moving out beginning of June, I believe. I'm only really there for the summer (till septemberish) Its a great neighborhood. I'm paying 350/month plus utilities. Let me know if this tickles your fancy. :keke:
