oh dude.. sorry for late respond
didn't see this place of fourm before..
btw i smoked the g35 in 0-60 deal
we raced 3 times and all 3 times i beat him..
then a week bak i raced him again this time it was 0-120..
i was ahead abt 0-70 but then his car picked up bad and smoked me by abt 6-8 car difference..
that g35(stock) was no joke for sum reason

Lack of AWD drag, more aerodynamic, different gearing... the G35s are very nice performers for a 'touring' type car.

 

i think it was the top end speed of a v6 that got me.. after a v6 goes over 40 it roars to 80 no problems...

 

it also helps that it puts out 60+ more HP

those g35 and 350z are crazy after 50+...i race my brothers g35 wit my boosted si and at 5 lbs i beat him till about 60 and they he just started pulling

 

WRX's are relatively strong through 2nd, and decent through 3rd... 4th is just way too long

 

4th isnt too long, you just need more HP

 

it seems pretty fine now

 

he wont race again

its a lease car, lol, i remember he put like 1200 miles on it in the first two weeks or something like that, he has to stop driving for a bit, lol


if anyone wants to race a g35 coupe tho, ill set it up

 

tell him to come to the autoX and test the car as well as the driver

autoX is legal... and has less chance of accidents than driving in atlanta

i bought my own first car and the next one will probably be a more expensive one paid for by my dad, because they can, but im not asking for it, im just like, ohhhhhhh, i want that STi its so sweet, and they told me to do good in school and i will probably get a used one, or at least another car thats not a 92 Accord

its not like i am forcing them to do this, they want to because they know im not gonna fuck it up and i really really want it

so all that they had told me earlier might not even happen, but if it doesnt who cares i have some money from when i was working, ill get a job while in college, and get it myself
