Hey guys! My name is Kenny From So Fla Autosports soon to be Flat4tecnica in Ft Lauderdale and Ive decided to start my journal thread. I wanted to build a "drivers car". Purpose Built to be driven consistantly and how it was meant to be driven from day 1!

I can't even begin to imagine what gas mileage would be with a GT75 and 1600cc injectors....
I'm sure it runs like a bat outta hell though.

 

yeah gas is gonna be a killer but ill have a daily driver map on low boost that should make things a bit better lol.....well shes not running yet...the heads and cams are being done now and i should be able to bolt them on within a couple weeks and have the motor installed by the end of the month. Then ill bolt up the snail and accessories and break her in... Ill have pics up of the motor build up shortly. Im working on getting the cage done with some local guys down here.
In the meantime I think Im going to work on the suspension and have siegel corner balance and align her.
the end effect should have a 650 plus whp subie. she should make 600 rather easy but lets see what she does on race gas and spray...I really didnt build her for an all out power machine...just gave her the goods to do it lol. I;ll have different maps to play with and then have an "ultimate map" setup. so lets see what happens! ill keep u guys posted
I should have her body stuff taken care of and painted in april just in time to check u guys out in GA!

 

Where you get that grill from and can I get it in black? I need protection for my FMIC and I wanna hide it a little.

 

yeah thats a prodrive grill kit, i can get it for you, it doesnt come in black but ill spray it for u if u would like for no charge. Its the prodrive grill kit made for the WR1 STi...nice piece

 

It is nice. What's it made of? The only thing with spraying it black is that it tends to flake right off due to rock chips.

Hopefully we get to travel around the country and then take her to japan and tear up that part of the world...i have big plans, hopefully i get the support i need to take it that far

Im working hard to build her by the time i need to have her up in atlanta for the meet and track time. I have ALOT to do on her and im deciding whether or not to put the bottle on her now or later on.
A build of this size always has complications so I try to be as patient as I can.
Im gonna make some pipes for the intake manifold today. Im deciding on a couple options on the intake manifiold...I want to make sure its the best for my application.
The suspension/brake setup is on hold for now because i might get a hold of a 6 piston front 4 piston rear setup that ******** makes lol...hush hush sh*t.
The build will be unique thats for sure...just a taste of what Im bringing to the community really.

well i should have some updates for u guys this week or so. I should have some new pics also...im expecting some "special" goodies here so hopefully i get them in soon. Ive been sick so everythings been at a standstill for like 2 weeks or so.
Trying really hard to have the car done by may but it might not be done in time...lets keep our fingers crossed...sucks doing all this by urslef sick lol
