I dont feel like typing out the whole ordeal, just let it be known that it was not my fault and that I did infact get a ticket for following too closely (BS). Brief explanation: Jeep Cherokee pulls an Atlanta Stop (slams on breaks randomly, yes we all know about that), Suburban smashes into him, and I stop about 1-2ft behind him, only to get hit by his rear bumper and tow hitch when he bounces back from impact with Cherokee. Question the physics? Its an inelastic collision, if you want to do more math, go for it. It will all be disputed in court, and I hope to be aquited of the ticket and proven not at fault (I have overwhelming evidence and eye witness/passenger). Let the pictures load... These print out well, and are the ones I am planning on using in court. In the last one, you can see the ride height of a stock Tahoe, now 99' Suburbans are taller and larger, had I hit him, I would gone up beneath him...and that is just one small bit of info I have to prove myself correct.
