Yeah, walmart has problems with union officials. Walmart is non-union (which is why their prices are lower than target), and the unions give them alot of grief. Photo evidence of certain items is probably what they are trying to avoid. Ever see that Eddie Murphy movie, Coming to America? Kind of like that with the McDarrels and his golden arc's completing with McDonalds and their golden arches. That movie really was funny.
