Well, still waiting for a couple pieces to arrive (TurboXS flange for using the stock BPV and a TB coupler) but I will probably mount the core and most of the piping this weekend. Should get interesting... not looking forward to cutting the bumper! :eek:hnoes:

Will try and take plenty of pics.

Hey if you guys do this this weekend, plz lmk. Now that I have the larger turbo, my next step would be a FMIC, & I'd like to see what's involved. Sadly I'm busy helping a friend move most of this weekend, but lmk when you're going to try this & I'll try & drop by & be helpful. At the least I can bring the Dremel. =P

You don't need a dremel. Have something nice and flat to lie on the bumper(I didn't do this and my bumper isn't cut straight) and make your outlining line with a pencil or chalk or whatever will mark on the paint. Use a box cutter with a new blade on it. All you have to do is cut past the paint and primer and a little into the urethane and then it will pop right off when you bend it. Take your time and pay attention. I did mine FMIC install in 4 hours. :wiggle:

I remember reading somewhere that you could use a hot-knife as well.
That way you don't get all the "junk" you'll get from using a Dremel.
    Good Luck.
