I have some top sirloin left over, bought a big cut from Krogers on the managers special, had it yesterday with some salad and today I'm trying to figure out how I should have the rest. Anyone got any ideas? I would rather avoid regular boiled rice and I'm not looking for potatoes either. Got any ideas? Any sort of pasta suggestions? I'ld like to get some inspiration before I go to Krogers to get some milk.

    cheers

    garlic cream sauce and pasta...
    You need:
    heavy whipping cream
    fresh garlic
    butter
    s&p

Cook steak however you want slice into whatever shape and size you want. Melt about 1/4 stick of butter in a sauté pan, add 3 or 4 minced garlic cloves and lightly brown Do NOT BURN! Add heavy whipping cream, about 3/4 pint, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer stirring often until it's reduced by about 1/3. Add steak stir and simmer about 2 mins or until steak is hot. Add whatever type of pasta, toss and add parm.

Enjoy and try not to have a heartattack!

I'm English so I can call it whatver the fuck I want!

But what I ended up doing was buying some romane tomatoes and a lump of mozarella, sliced them up and put some balsamic vinegar on them. I cooked the steak in some leftover cheap red wine and rosemary, and baked a couple of the little french bread rolls. Was delicious!

I was planning on some sort of pasta but this was easier!
