So I finally found a 2006 turbo-back STi exhaust, and I am just making sure it will fit my 2002 wrx. It will correct?

it will, but there is no difference IIRC in the turbo-back part. the downpipe and midpipe are the same. only real differnce is the axleback

Just bolt the muffler on. Thats the real gain.

Save the downpipe with both cats. The center pipe is the exact same as yours.

If you happened to get the STi uppipe thats a VERY worthwhile upgrade as well.

Got the exhaust today. It was actually just a STi cat-back. I'm going to have it installed tomorrow because I tried tonight, but the bolts for my stock one are too tight for me to undo.

BC2003UGA, I saw your car today at Best-Buy while picking it up, if you work at the one right off exit 104. Sweet Ride.

Get the resonator removed and you'll probably get almost exactly the sound you're looking for.

.......$225........:unamused: I know it was a lot, but it only had about 100 miles on it before it was switched.

I may, but I love the deep rumble at low RPMs and I actually now like a quiet exhaust.
