Just an FYI, Jonathan Roberts won this past ProSolo event in a AS STi with a 2 second margin.

He wasn't the overall winner, but the winner for A-stock by 2.244 seconds. Here are the complete results if anyone is interested:

His margin of victory is very impressive, considering how close the rest of the field is:
    1st: 69.221 [05 STi]
    2nd: 71.455 (2.244) [89 C4 Corvette]
    3rd: 71.467 (0.012) [01 s2000]
    4th: 71.563 (0.096) [01 boxster S]
    5th: 71.621 (0.058) [04 s2000]
    6th: 71.636 (0.015) [89 c4 corvette]
    7th: 71.659 (0.023) [04 s2000]

For the times, you run 3 runs each on 2 different courses, and the best times from each are chosen.

For those curious, ProSolo is like a normal autoX event, but there is a drag start, with a light tree, so reaction time is taken into account, and there is generally a decent length straight at the start. It is like combining drag racing and autocrossing.

Nationals for regular solo autoX are this week, so it will be cool to see how the STi does in regular AS!

Damp conditions + new slick surface should equal good results for AWD with a good driver!

Wow, impressive lead. I'd expect a slight advantage for the AWD launch, but over 2 seconds is great! Roberts must be one hell of a driver.
