Here you go.. Chop up an onion. Sautee in olive oil over low heat until soft. Add a can/jar of marinated artichoke hearts. Crush/chop them up in the pan. Simmer while you cook pasta. Drain pasta and toss with the artichoke/onion/marinade.
This sounds like my style of cooking; just taking what I've got at hand and throwing it all together into something tasty.
