No it does change with the seasons. It goes from around 85% down to about 70-75% in winter. It depends on the area of the country and how cold it gets. Here in Georgia, I do not think we drop to the 70% stuff. Where I buy it, it has not changed from the summer gas yet (85%+-) and I have yet to have any cold start issues.
