talktojin finally talked me into trading seats and carpet (twisted my arm) it took us all of 1 3/4 hours at most to dissassemble my car and swap carpet and seats. it was kinda easy and always fun to wrench on your own...thanks jin next i tackle the door cards and now i need to have the rear seat recovered to match...paging alex/10th st. thanks jin it was fun
Interesting. The sedan seats don't fold down at all? I thought they would for increased space in the trunk.
I'd love your black door cards if you want to trade with my 05' sti ones. Not sure if the wagon ones are the same as the sti ones. Someone confirm?
Ill give yo my black ones once I get them switched out. Jin gabe me the sto ones so I may as well reciprocate it to someone else Sent from my T-Mobile G2 using Tapatalk
Hey i want in on this. I have black interior..might be interested in swapping for full sti interior...lmk
Aw man, that would be great. I've already got the black carpet. Need the door cards and then the seats next. PM me and let me know, I'm ready. Tired of the blue already.
yea...doing the swap takes less than you'd think. I did the carpet swap in Sarah's 92X last summer, and it took me like 2ish hours to do it all. I'm pondering doing the same in my WRB 04 wagon...
Is this an older pic, or did you just put that CF hood on as well? I know it wasn't on there last weekend at AllPro.
Its an old pic from last summer, I actually just took off the cf hood a day or two prior going to allpro. In fact it hasnt been off the car since I got it more than 5 yrs ago.anyone want to buy it it has alittle damage and clouding...ill take a pic Sent from my T-Mobile G2 using Tapatalk
some things came up for this week so i wouldn't be able to swap out the doorcards during the week so i went on and did it today. nothing too hard as i've taken the cards off so many times before. the hardest part was moving over the jdm subaru anti-static pad and retrimming the inside of the cards so the components don't slam them and previously said jdm anti-static pad nothing special as looks almost like a stock sti interior would but still rewarding to do as i haven't done this much work my own car in awhile
Thanks for swinging by and helping out with putting in my stuff. It's good to see my old interior in good hands. My "new" interior is still shamefully incomplete, since I'm still finishing up putting the glove box back on and deal with the mirror wiring. I still have the STI rear seat if anyone's interested.
