is there a pinstripe on your wagon? I always have the urge to remove them whenever I see them and could help you remove yours.

What do y'all think of the pink STi ones SOA sells?

I mean, they aren't that much more expensive, and, well, they're STi.

Whitelines Brian, as I said in my post....LOL... I only could get the Front for now. This is actually my second install, as the boost gauge was first...It's getting addictive....I will probably get rear sways when I get my tax check...yay...

You know that I don't have pinstripes on my wagon. They only do that at Ed Voyles Subaru, which is now defunct...

06SilverBullet - please PM or email me email@tomhoppe.com, I wanna run something by you. I have a new front swaybar to test fit on a WRX Wagon. Its a 28mm adjustable big 'ol bar that would be the wagon's answer to the big Strano bar that the sedan's can use. This could be a great opportunity as you would already have your car apart for your front bar install.

    Javid or Tom,

Can you call me at home when you find out what the deal is?. If I have to pay for the bar, can I pay you when I get my income tax check?.

Thanks again PeD for a smooth install...Love the front sway bar. I can't wait to get the rear one. Keith, I hope that you can get everything done. You are really going to see a difference with springs and a sway bar!!.

The DP will be great for making more power. But are you going to have any tuning done with it? You'd get so much more out of the new piece with some ECU tuning. Plus I think Ecuteck may finally be catching up with the 06's.

Hey, I will probably get tuned eventually. I just don't have the funds right now for EcuTek or Cobb. Thanks for the reply...Hoooaaaaaaa.....I know that I will probably go catless though...

Thanks Brett....It was fun taking the ride in your wagon and thanks for all the good advice on suspension. I will be getting the rear sway bar and springs probably in April...I don't think I will ever be able to catch up to either of you both even with mods...

i have my cobb rear sway bar and love it, but how would the front sway bar add to that do you think? would that be more bang for the buck rather than springs?

i cant say wether or not its more bang for the buck but i do know a front sway will help tremendously

id love the rear strut bar, but i use my wagon space. i may just get it and have it in for only autox

have you see whiteline's quickrelease bar? It has 2 clasps that can be flipped up to allow the center section to be pulled straight out in under a minute! Definately my choice and first recommend for wagon rear strut bars.

wish mine was like that, but mine isn't that bad. it's cf for the bling! and only takes a minute to unbolt...

i use my wagon space all the time, it holds my huge 7-piece drumkit!!!

WRXwagons are great for musicians that don't want to drive a freaking van.

What about H-braces guys?. Should I invest in these?. A friend of mine down here in FL. said that it may be a good investment. Any ideas on this?.

ya, i haul around an upright bass for classical gigs and an electric bass and 70 pound bass amp for gigs with my band. i also end up carryin most of their guitarts/amps/electronics/pieces of the drum set that cant fit in the drummers svt focus.

also, on the quick release. ive thought about it, but ive heard some that say it sounds better than it is. its extremely hard to get off unless the car is parked on a completely flat surface. parked on a hill at an angle? forgetaboutit

its definitely a possibility i but it tho, even if it is just for autox use. so again, front sway or rear strut bar for my wagon first??

SkullWRX has one, its sorta neat I guess. Nothing wrong with more bracing.

i would say front sway bar, then a rear sway bar or strut bar.

as far as the quick release... i've never seen one, and don't know about the problems getting it off. here's a link to the one on mine and i have had no problem with removing it.

i already have a rear sway from cobb. ive only heard about problems getting it off from one person, so maybe his bar was cut a bit longer or something. i guess ill grab a front sway next when i can.
