Dude ran a red light and got me pretty good. front and back drivers doors are done, and the piller and jams will need to be replaced. Its a silver 04 rex wagon and i would love to repaint the whole thing because ive seen some pretty bad blend jobs. my plan is to find someone that will save me some $$ on repairs and maybe just require a little extra to spray the whole thing. any suggestions on a good shop? has anyone done paint prep before? is it something i could do my self with little experience? i figure if prepped myself i would have a better shot at getting it painted in my price range. If i have to get it blended; does anyone know where i could get a good buff? thanks, m
Magnum Collision is supposed to be the best of the best. BIG $$$ though... but since he's paying for it why not.
AutoGlo in Tucker is also really good. Again, not the cheapest, and not the fastest, but top notch... I think you'll find with most collision places you get what you pay for
Yeah if he's paying for it and you want it done perfect but don't mind being out of a car for 2 months go to magnum
Not sure where you're located but we had some minor body work done on a silver Jeep at Woodstock Collision Center on HWY 5 (Canton HWY), they did a really good job. No blending just replaced the bumper and paint matched.
Spray-Glo in Duluth did great stuff for me. Tell them I sent you. Of course, ArtCraft Collision is a site sponsor
