I remember hearing bad things about the old Royal Subaru that was in decatur. Since it went out of business it was bought by Isuzu and is now Royal Isuzu. They have a sign out front saying their maintenance department specializes in Subaru and Isuzu, but is looks like a used car lot. Has anyone had any experience with them or heard anything?
The few times I went to the old Royal Subaru for parts or service I wasn't impressed with the ability of the parts guy on duty, and I was shewed away when I they screwed up scheduling one of my standard maintemance visits for the old WRX. The same day I drove to Classic Subaru and they fit my car into their chedule and got the work done.
If it's not too inconvenient and you are looking for a dealer go to Subaru of Kennesaw. Most people here can vouch for them.
