Thickest spacer for the front doors

    What's the biggest spacer I can run on the front door speakers before having to do serious surgery on things?

    I know you can fit 6.5" component setup no problem with a spacer.

    Well, since none of you buttheads answered...

    1" spacer works fine. Just put some Polk DB650s in, rarrr rarrrrgh

    sorry moooooose, i don't know a damn thing about speakers and i didn't feel like whoring it up. i thought for sure bigb, our sound system expert would chime in.






    not sure if you know, but you got a clone on here

    I used 1" spacers in the old wrx and the lgt. One inch is pretty much the max before hacking up the panel.
