I've been riding with the OEM radio in my car fro some time now and I'm thinking of putting a system in my car.

Right now I'm wanting to buy gray-market goods, and have them installed by someone who know's car stereos or is an installer who knows subaru interiors. Is there anyone on the boad that would be interested in this sort of gig?

The job would consist of intalling:

    1) head unit
    2) 4 channel amp for front and rear spkrs
    3) sub amp install
    4) sub box and speaker
    5) 6.5" seperates up front
    6) coaxial speakers in rear doors or possible installation in rear deck w cutting

I love my infinity, jbl, image dynamics setup.

Flip may chime in as well, he just finished an install today.

Yah, I just put a head unit and an infinity kappa component set. I've already installed the amp kit, amp, and 2 12's in the trunk. I also found a nifty way to strap them down. I think i put up a thread in the DIY section here...

I have not done the 4 channel amp yet, but I do plan on doing it when i can afford it. I don't know if i would be comfortable cutting the rear deck so if someone else wants to chime in on that subject...

I'd be more than happy to help you with all of the stuff that I've done as it's not very hard and I've done it many times... Let me know if you have any questions...

Oh and just so you know, the infinity's freaking ROCK. :) The sound is so clean and clear and they can handle the the power from the head unit at full volume unlike my stockers...
