Time for Brakes or Something Else?

Had coilovers installed about 3 weeks ago so not sure if its related or a coincidence. But for the last 2 weeks I've been getting an intermittent high pitch pulsating grind from the front right wheel...but only while driving. When I brake, the noise disappears. It then comes back 15-30 seconds later. It's not constant; it will kinda come and go while driving. I initially thought it was the pad indicator or some debris caught in between until I realized it goes away when I brake.

It used to be an intermittent occurrence, typically only audible when the car is fully warmed up on commutes home on hot days, but has slowly become more constant, still somewhat intermittent though.
Otherwise, the car drives, turns, and stops without issue. A slight vibration may have started but that may just be in my head.

Pads done? Bent tab? Loose axle nut?

I'll probably see about swinging by Allpro on Wednesday.

    Thank you sirs.

    Did you ever resolve this?

Could be a wheel bearing if it increases with speed, but not with RPM. Depending on how they pulled the ball joints they might have been damaged. Hope you got it fixed.
