Even with all of the crap that's been going on, I found us a photographer who 1. loves cars 2. loves Subarus 3. would take the pictures of a Subaru group meet for free He's one of my fellow Gulfstream engineers who I happened to meet last night and is doing a little proffesional photograhy on the side to suppliment the engineering. So, if it can be decided to set up a location and time on when we'd like to have this done, he's more than welcome to do it. He prefers doing still life, portrait and glamour so this would be right up his alley. While he doesn't own or drive a Subaru, he's still an enthusiast and would love to come out and just shoot the shit about them, which I hope will be ok. It doesn't seem like there'll be a meet tonight and with the BBQ next weekend, we should probably wait until at least then to figure all this out. I plan to attend the BBQ so hopefully we can decide on a couple tentative dates when the most people are available and I can then set it up with him.
ooh Gulfstream. I tried for an internship there back when I was an AE but didnt get accepted. There's some WRX owner down there who goes to school at SCAD and used to always put up gorgeous pictures of his car.
yeah, he drove a yellow bugeye. he has since graduated though and headed home. i never met him in person, but i saw his car all over downtown.
Another quick question, is your Gulfstream the same company that has a branch in Ft Lauderdale, FL with the company number 1-800-NUT-SACK? We used to prank call that when we were younger. /threadjack
