I'm having little bad luck this week with my car. I took out my Intake filter to clean last week and installed back in. Yesterday, I took it out again and cleaned the MAF sensor for any excessive oil deposit from cleaned filter. But... due to my carelessness, The O-ring got damaged and got torn. I went everywhere today to find the replacement, but no luck. Any suggestion OR anyone with extra one by any chance???

The worst part is that SOA does not sell the O-ring separately. I have to buy the whole new MAF sensor which will cost me $185!!!

I have so many o rings im not sure what you need but if i have the torn one i can match it up.
In a pinch just put it back on and then wrap it over with teflon tape till its snug but not to snug and not accessive

Will, do you know exact size of the o-ring??

    I think it's either 27mm or 26 mm x 2mm

The Howard Brothers True Value hardware store in Duluth has the o-rings in stock for $1.33

Mine just tore and doing a search online brought this thread up and only a couple others. None had any info on replacement o-rings..just MAF replacement suggestions. If others had a source, they weren't telling. I like to share the knowledge. ;)

They were where I took the pics above. The 28x32x2 looks to be identical to the one that I took off my MAF. I bought a few just to be safe. :D

I can meet you at the shop on Tuesday to return your MAF. I went from 15mpg to 19.5mpg and that was driving like a fool here and there. Thanks again for the help!
