Turbo XS Install FUBAR????

Turbo XS Install instructions...FUBAR????

So after I installed my Turbo XS 4'' DP to 3'' catless race and mid pipe to my 2.5'' Stromung..... tx kingwrex...she does sound sweet doesn't she:bowdown:
I read the install instructions on the turbo XS site and they tell you to remove the intercooler and the intercooler mount...Am I stupid and or smoked too much while installing mine without doing all this needless work? Is it to make the job more fun?

If I'm stupid or just missing something please tell me so I can get into rehab.....hnoes:

and yes i have gone back and reread to make sure it says to remove the intercooler????

I don't think its necessary, it just makes it easier to get to some of the DP bolts/heatshields.... there's no mechanical reason.

 

yea..it just gives you more room to work with

 

Completely optional it can easily alleviate or aggrivate your frustration during an install

 

its just plain easier to take the IC off when working on the stuff there.
