I found this Stage 4 Turbo kit from ultimate-racing.com that looks pretty insane!! Has anyone had any experience with this company or with this particular kit??

One thing about it was the intake, i dunno if there is a flange for the MAF, in the little picture it looks like it may be all the way down at the filter but i dunno, its definitely not up top like usual??? Other than that the kit looks pretty high quality and uses top notch parts (hks, tial, ect).

I was just wondering really if the company is respectable and if anyone has had experience with the stage 4 turbo kit??

i dont see brand names for any parts besides the turbo and wastegate... Gawrx used to have a t3-t4 turbo... not sure if he still has it but i know he was very happy with it... u can PM him if u want... also they have said that the EM and intercooler upgrade is optional but i think both are VERY much needed

Yeah, i think all of the piping is manufactured by them, I was talking about the turbo and WG being brand name. Their piping does look like its pretty high quality stuff.

Definitely, you would need to get their front mount with the piping to work with the kit, but i think their core looks kinda funky.

Where do you think you would hit peak boost with a FMIC and EM, somewhere in the 4000-5000rpm range???

very similar to what I was running

Thats very similar to what I was running. They dont say exactly what turbo it is.

I was running a 3071 and it made peak torque at 4800 rpms and full boost around the same time.

    Thanks
    Matt

Was that annoying as a daily driver?? I am afraid the lag will make it difficult to daily drive.

it wasnt to bad as a daily driver, its really a beast when the power does come on.

World One also sells a stage 1, 2, 3 or 4 engine. You might look into them too (www.worldpneperformance.com). They're really good guys to work with.
