If you're not throwing a CEL, you should be fine. They usually don't do a visual check from what I understand. You could always pass your resonator off as a cat, right? No but seriously, on OBDII cars they usually just plug into the port and check for codes. BTW, I saw you on I-75 today. That was me in the 08! Your car is sweet as hell! I love the look.

The MIL eliminator will make your emissions system read 'not ready' so you may not pass. I know in GA you're allowed to have 3 of the checks not be ready and still pass, but be prepared to fail if they're being picky.
