yup good ole nail. Must have picked it up yesterday and it decided to launch out of the tire while we were doing about 85 or so on I75.. Made a damn loud Popping sound. I thought something else broke.... Finally made it back home on the kicking donut LOL.....
yeah, had a blowout a few weeks ago in my truck, totally shreding the tire. Are you sure the tire is ruined and you can't just get it patched?
Good call, we patched mine (2 nails) and then I took it out to tally. I had no issues with the tire, but I did have it on the back left so it saw the least wear.
I am gonna try to get it patched. Its a straight nail puncture, so its perfect for patching. I mean I will need new tires in about 3mths anyways. It was funny when I tried to fill it up last night. You just hear the air gushing out LOL...
