Trying to figure out how can i Visually Differentiate a r180 from a r160? From what i know STI diffs are bulkier, and have a decent size letter "K" or is it a "M" stamped on top of it.

This one seems to be a r160, but no sure.

Well, there's no temp sensor on the back, so I would say r160.

Oh, and I think its supposed to be a "K". You could measure the vertical dimensions of both as the r180 should be taller, iirc.

Here's another pic for reference. R180 on the left and R160 in the middle.
