Has anyone run 235/40/17? Were there any issues with rubbing? Yes I am lowered

I am running 235/40/18 on my Legacy Wagon:)

I think it would depend on the offset on your wheels. I had 225/40/18 on my WRX Wagon and they rubbeb in the rear.

As long as your wheel offset and ride height are appropriate, you will not have rub.

True, I'm running that size with the P1's and it's pretty close to the strut

Going down in profile should compensate the wider tire...you can prob even go to a 245 without issues. Did you get new wheels or is it the same ones?

Same ones just wanted to go wider.

    That's a +48 offset on there right?
