This is my recipe for yummy meatballs that you can simmer in your favorite tomato sauce for an easy meal.

    50% Ground lamb
    50% Ground beef
    Italian breadcrumbs
    1 clove of garlic
    salt
    pepper
    fresh parsely
    fresh oregano
1/4 cup asiago cheese (aged parmesean)
    1 egg

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. If the consistancy isn't holding up add more breadcrumbs. Just form them into 1 inch balls.

You can grill the meaballs or saute them seperately or just add them into the sauce. I prefer to simmer them in the sauce so that the sauce picks up all the flavor of the meatballs.

You can also serve these on skewers for an appetizers or toothpicks for hordeurves.

Or for a mean italian sandwich just make them into 12 inch long by 1 inch thick sausages. Grill them then put it on a submarine sized roll with some marinara sauce and provolone cheese.
