But only in the rear passenger side. By chance I happened to reach back there and it was SOAKED...carpet and factory mat. Anyone have a guess as to where its coming from?

whatever you do, make sure you leave your windows cracked to let it air out a bit. had this same issue in my old accord, and leaving the windows closed with high humidity caused the car to smell disgusting. hope you get it figured out soon
^^ I would clean it as much as possible and then have it professionally steamed cleaned. Best result.
One of my older cars, an 03, had a BB sized hole in the floorboard on the front passenger side. Pull up the carpet and look for one?
