    Plan:
PPC exhaust manifold - STI UP - Stock turbo - Perrin DP - STi catback. Remap AP stage 2 93oct V1.30

and if possible minimize the chance of CEL

The Sti Uppipe will not have a bung for the EGT so i need to place something to trick it
    1. resistor -

    2. any other alternatives (any better)

    The Perrin DP
    1. Stand off with some stack (2x) of spark plug thingy

    2. other alternatives ?

I'm pretty sure that AP takes care of these CEL's. It will definately take care of the CEL that is thrown in the downpipe, unsure if it takes care of the CEL in the Uppipe though (seeing that it won't even be plugged in at all).

I'm completely catless and throw no CEL's at all because AP detects these specific codes and erases them, but allows important codes to still show up if there is a real issue.

Yeah, the AP will take care of the code thrown by the rear O2 sensor. The EGT sensor I'm not sure about, but you're a 10 cent resistor away from fixing that (no drawbacks to that approach either; it's just there to make sure the cat is at the right temp).
