Are you looking for a Lightweight battery, or just a replacement. Braille makes good lightweight batteries. Their battery weighs 11.5 lbs, I believe the stock battery weighs about 25 lbs or more. I have also heard good things about OPTIMA ULTRA-HEAVY-DUTY BATTERIES.
Yeah the Optima redtops are good for heavyduty battery use. Or get a Braille to reduce some of that weight off your frontend.
This battery.... http://www.odysseybatteries.com/battery/pc1200mjt.htm This mounting tray...both from http://www.odysseybatteries.com/
i went with a optima redtop abt 144, btw if u go to battries plus in decatur it took them 1 hour to install it and gave me 10% discount for waiting
it took them 20 mins then they took it for a test drive.......:ddirty: ..then gave ya 10% off cause your car was so much fun :keke:
I'm sorry but if anyone wants a lightweight battery that is strong and very dependable, as in planes use them, and CHEAP too get this one and not the Braille or the one above. http://www.gotbatteries.com/items.asp?params=search/SLA/1/all/pc680T
^^ Thanks Trey. I knew that there was one that was the Braille's size, but cheaper. Time to pick one of those bad boys up.
i was there the whole time, they didnt take for a test drive cause i wouldnt let them.. over all it really took them 1 hour.. thats the funny thing
Kinetic batteries can be smaller but they have supposedly the best batteries on the mkt right now. Saw them at the spring break nationals.
