What people do to their poor vehicles

    Spotted today:

    Green metallic Silverado. Gold-covered plastic: window trim, door trim, fender flares, windshield wipers. Hood scoop and wing (on a truck :rolleyes:) clad in black FELT.

    i once knew a guy that had all these acton figures glued all over his car. either they have no taste or no clue.

    Don't laugh about the Hood Scoop. JTs Truck looked pretty cool with Milos Hood Scoop and wing on it.

    My friend got bored with his volvo and got card-board box side skirts, wings, hood scoop, fins, etc. And tape for number. I think everything fell off around 20 mph.

    There was a Volvo wagon in Santa Cruz that had a large model city on the roof resembling Tokyo complete with animated Godzilla and Mothra type creatures, and there was another car that had a small helicoptor like autorotating rotor on the roof.

    Hippies will do some freaky stuff to their clunkers, I wish I had pics.
