As the title states - my CEL code is pulling that something is wrong with it/them. I couldn't find it in the engine bay when I looked  ( just watch it be that I was staring right at it and missed it )

check for vacuum leaks, if a yankee car then plan on just replacing all of them

    1999 Subaru Legacy SUS - 2.2L I believe ( completely new to Subaru's )

I'm thinking it could be a cracked vacuum line. Just have no idea where to look to trace back to the gas tank etc

follow the fuel lines from the firewall, you'll have three. follow the vent line, it will be the one without the fancy Phillips head hose clamp.

A Legacy SUS should be the EJ25D or EJ251 (2.5L).

I don't remember off hand right where its located. I'll take a look tomorrow on my car and see what I can find.

You can also smoke out the evap system with a smoke machine to help find any leaks that might be there.

Apparently they're underneath the rear bumper on the passenger side. Had the car at All Pro today for an overheating issue ( blown headgaskets woo ) and you can def smell gas fumes.
