Who here has a fire extinguisher in their car?

Many of us have modified our cars to some degree, and I was wondering who on the board keeps a fire extinguisher in their car, and if anyone has a recomendation on what type to get.

 

I do. Kidde brand, can't remember the model.

i did before i modded. I went to Commerce one night and while in the staging lane a Buick next to me caught fire. Nowhere to go. Bought one the next weekend.

You truly never know.

 

That was my thought, after reading the post about the engine fire after an oil change, it raised the priority of the item "fire extinguisher" on my list of potential mods.

 

ABC chem extinguisher for me. if you drive something that runs off of explosions, you probably should have something to put out fires

Yeah a group buy for something that can save modded engines that run off of explosions sounds would be a good idea.

i dont even have an 'auto' fire extinguisher. I have a couple home ABC class from Kiddie...

 

I went to Pep Boys today and they didnt have car fire exhinguishers, but they had an isle tag for "Neon Accesories."

 

I would be in for buying something like this.
