Just got an alignment by Mckenzietj and WOW. My car handles amazing now.

    Front -2.6
    Rear -1.5
    Castor 5.1

Aparrently on my car I can achieve over 4 degrees of negative camber.

    Nice Wes,

I'll have to dig through the threads here and see how you've tweaked your suspension.

I was suprized at how much better my car with it's bone stock suspension handled after an alignment ( also by mckenzietj .

I think my stock camber was near neutral or even running a little positive on the front before the alignment.

Awesome man, I know when SS did my first performance alignment about 2 years ago, it made a huge difference. I shaved a couple seconds off my average Auto X time and the car just felt so much better.

    And price??

Also, it seems like you are running different camber bolt or camber plate. is it correct?

The camber plate is setup to adjust castor. It's just a camber bolt up front.

So far in the handling department I've got:
    OBX Front LSD
    Megan Racing Coilovers
    24mm FSB
    26mm RSB
    Front Tower Bar
    Whiteline Anti-lift kit
    Various Bushings around the car
Misc braces for the GC body

    ^EEK!! Edited lol^

It was $150 for a lifetime alignment. $99 for 3 years (but which can be upgraded to the lifetime later on)
Also not including a tip for his hard work =)

    You like that swaybar setup?

It seems bass akwards to me, but just because I like em' heavier up front. I have Whitelines 29 FSB and 26 RSB. I've found that this is pretty close to perfect handling for me. I actually made my car do a four wheel slide once in a high speed corner. :ddirty:

Nope haven't had time or anyone to do the sti arms yet.

Honestly having a bigger swaybar to dial out understeer to me is stupid. The bar keeps the struts from compressing so that you're in a better camber curve so that itself will increase your handling. I have a 6gun balljoint kit that will put me in a very very nice camber curve without the need of gimmicky big front bars. Plus you have to figure with my coilovers my effective springrate is just way too high. I've crunched the numbers and even tho the bars will give me less roll, overall I would be going slower. Plus to quote M-chan "rotation > grip".

Not that I am a suspension guru or expert but I've done a lot of research into this and crunched a lot of numbers.

That thread is good reading. Stretch knows infinitely more than I do and he rocks at what he does. As does Javid.

I doubt you're going to put springs as stiff as mine on your car. Besides your car weighs a good bit more than me so more spring and more sway is needed. You just have to balance all that stuff.

Big sways and firm (not stiff springs) is whiteline's methodology to suspension tuning.

I pm'ed mckenziejt, called me and came in today on his day off to take care of my car. We dropped the front end 3/4" and re-aligned. I must say Jeff is extremely knowledgable and has some great equipment at his disposal. He will set up the car as you wish and did so with mine.

Thanks Jeff for a job well done.

If you need any work done, hit him up! I can attest to his excellent work and care for your vehicle.

Big FSB's are the only way to go. Hands down!

Just kidding.... I have an open mind to anything that will make my car handle better. I do like Whitelines approach though. IMO same-sized bars front and rear are too dangerous for street applications though. Bigger up front just equals safer from what I've seen and read so that's why I do it.

Just added the 6gun ball joint adaptor kit, and WOW front end grip is like a million times better.
