WRB Bugeye in business center near Hammond Drive.

    I parked next to a WRB bugeye with Fulton county tags and a Florida Gators License plate in front and the UF flag on the passenger side rear window. This was about 6:30 pm. I also saw a black bugeye in my rear view mirror on the way home at around 8 pm. You were turning right on Barfield. Anyone on here?.
