It's a chicken concoction I adapted from a Swedish cookbook my parents sent me for Xmas. I had to get creative as a couple of things they used aren't available over here. But basically... stir fry cut up chicken breast, zucchini, red bellpepper and onion. Add 8oz sour cream, a small (3oz?) can of tomato paste, a can of sweet corn, a packet of generic taco seasoning, 8oz milk and some salt and pepper. Simmer for a bit. Very rich and tasty stuff...
Speaking of thai, if you're ever out this way make sure to visit Danthai out in Lilburn. Best thai food I've had... no atmosphere, hole in the wall joint, but the curries are out of this world. :bigthumb:
There was a place like that in SC near where my older sis went to college. A nice little junker restaurant joint with great thai food.
