Woolite is also worth a shot. I got some coffee stains out of my seat with it. It was recommended to me by a guy who does detailing for a living.
One suggestion, when you mix the coolant use distilled water. It has a lot less minerals than can build up crud.
I believe the front and rear busings are seperate from the TIC bushings. I would recommend installing the front and rear bushings first and see...
