I will say that if you go with the conversion, you can never use anything but Injector Dynamics Bosch injectors in their rail. No other top feed...

I would not. It will not read as well in the stock location and will most likely not be able to handle the conditions for long.
You can use mine, no charge. But not sure if that is your issue..have updated mine and having no issues.
