All you really need to make similar numbers on an STi is a turboback exhaust and tune.

Try tightening the axle nut on that corner. I had a similar issue with my WRX and it turned out to be a loose axle nut.
I was told to do the first couple oil changes using regular oil before switching over to synthetic.
