yeah. the RS has a full 05 STi swap and had some wiring issues that we sorted out.
Air pocket. Make sure the reservoir is full, and it'll go away in a day or so of normal driving.
AC belt most likely. Rule of thumb is that if its getting squeaky and you've got more than 40k~50k on the belt, time for a new one.
Bring it in, request ME specifically, and state that your AC is not blowing cold on occasion.
any performance pad is going to have dust. If you dont want *much* dust get the ceramic pads. most likely noisy, and will eat rotors...but much...

Yes. It stays shut in the holster.
The stock header unit with the stock heatsheilds are perfectly fine. The stock units make over 600 wheel hp.

Unfortunatly those codes are not in any FSM's for the USDM market.
