I tried the Nissan dealership but they didn't have it so I just ordered the gaskets I needed and the hose. Everything I need to finish the job...
Now I also need the gasket between the chra and the oil return line fitting.

Both pucked clutches I have run tore up my flywheel within a year and behaved like yours is now.
