(I think that will be my stopping point) I already have all stage 2 mods and have been stage 2 since 30k miles. Suspension is about done, so no need to focus there. do a leak down/compression test on the motor. See where you are, numbers wise. Go from there in terms of doing the TMIC, turbo, etc..
