    Good times last night. Two weeks in a row for me, aiming for three next time.

    For those that followed my lead on the imperial IPA, I can only say I'm sorry, it was not that impressive. Ill actually do my homework for the next time at taco Mac.

    I was actually incredibly unimpressed with the service last night. Yes a 25 top can be hard to handle but the rate at which food came out was sad. It sucks when you've finished your meal and the person sitting across from you is salivating. And the whole process of presenting the checks, then presenting a second check with auto grat on it was kinda lame. I think as a group we generally tip pretty well.

    Yes, I called a couple hours prior to us being there. Hell, I even got there early and spoke to the guy I talked to on the phone. They insisted they only do first come first serve, and they had plenty of table space, but were searching for a second server. I'm going to email management and complain about it, that's for sure.

    I don't think it's that extreme, but I just think they handled us poorly from the get go. I'm sure a well written letter to management explaining how the situation was handled poorly and also explaining that as a group we are pretty low maintenance will do the job.

    Maybe if they know we are coming a day or two in advance they can staff for it appropriately.
