Did you try the stock BCS and have you reset the ecu recently?

no i havent try the stock bcs and yes i reset the ecu 1 week ago i have a front 02 sensor bad could that be it what driving me crazy is that it wont go over or lower from 15-16 psi

I'd try the front 02 sensor first, its really easy to swap out and is much more integral to the ECU than the rear, which is just used for comparison readings to see how effective the cats are.

Have you datalogged the car recently to see what the ECU is seeing differently? If everything is mechanically sound than its something with the tune, ECU, or sensors. Could even be the MAF reading air wrong . . .

I would guess, boost leak, boost control, possibly check the MAF with the short ram, if the 02 sensor is bad it could be contributing as well.

I had a boost situation recently and it turned out to be the waste gate. Top Speed started by checking for boost leaks: hoses, connectors, tmic, then the boost controller. We ended up at the turbo through the process of elimination. It turned out to that the waste gate wouldn't hold pressure. If you have the cash I would take it to TS and get it done right. Probably save you time, money and avoid more problems down the road.

I would check all the hoses connections for a boost leak first.

wont go over or lower from 15-16 psi ???? explain ? so is it stuck at 15-16 psi ?

connect the WG line to turbo outlet direct (no MBC) = if its still 15-16 then wg issue
if not than MBC. are the lines to the MBC connected correctly (even only 2 lines)

    custom map ?
    custom for which setup
    what about the BOV ?

Have you changed out anything since the tune? Added any new parts? If it is a manual boost controller, where is it located?

x2, It doesn't make sense to me that your boost won't go any lower than 15 PSI. That means the turbo is perpetually spooled up.

lol stuck at 16 psi. At least you wont have to worry about turbo lag.

I think he means it is supposed to be a higher boost level, like 19 or 20 and it is only hitting 16-17.

yea he's suppose to be boosting higher.

bov not able to close ?

are you sure no boost leak ? damage BOV gasket ?

How did you check it for boost leaks?

Try pulling the line off the wastegate and see if the boost goes over 15. Just be sure to let out of the gas if it does go over 15psi or else it could end up boosting 20+ psi and breaking something.

Is your MBC hooked up by itself with one line coming from the turbo to the MBC and then out of the mbc to the wastegate?
