Seriosley don't start that gay shit. It's not fuckin rocket science to race the 1/4, and personally i've seen her race enough to understand a thing or two of what her car and the others she's had is capable of.

I didn't see her saying that it was impossible for that dude to make that time just saying that she has doubts about it and everyone has a right to thier opinion and she was in no was a dick about it so give her a fucking break. Also Erica is far from the type of person to brag about what she has and think she is better for that reason, just isn't in her to be that way. In fact, she is one the quietest people i've ever known.

i think its time for someone to step in

i have been around since WRXatlanta's infancy... i have seen this community grow from 2 members

there are too many car forums out there that will satisfy people's needs for pissing contests... since the beginning, alex and i wanted this club to offer something different... this started off as a place where friends could talk about the cars they loved... people treated each other over the internet just like they would treat each other to the face... we built a reputation for being a friendly forum where nobody would have to feel like they are 'less' than anyone else...

as the club grew bigger, maintaining this mentality has become a tougher job because now a lot of people on here have not met each other... hence we have stricter rules than other boards have in terms of what flies and what does not...

does this mean everyone has to agree with everyone else all the time? no it doesn't, but there's a way to disagree... how not to disagree? browse other forums and u will see exactly what not to do... there are ways to have discussions without them becoming pissing contests... i know that some people do behave differently on the internet than in real life... i know a lot of people who are quiet in real life but are completely different online... also the internet has a way of hiding emotions, so a joking comment can be percieved as offensive...

please keep in mind all these things and help preserve our community... nobody wants this site to become trashy like other sites out there... it is hard to draw a line to separate whats ok and whats not... we try to use our best judgement in that matter

that being said, please stop attacking each other... moderators are watching this thread... if things go sour again, this thread is going on lockdown

I remember reading something about weight reduction for vehicles. It gave a generalized equivalent of 1 horsepower for every 10 pounds the vehicle weight was reduced. In other words, if you dropped 100 pounds off the vehicle, it would be the equivalent of adding 10hp to the engine...

Ooooo, I finally found the drama thread. I figured the Savanna threads would all be about
    1) Why out-of-towners only go there for St Patty's day
    2) Why only art students and poor folk live there
    3) Why Subie's are soo much slower down there!

    Bring the drama! j/k ;)

BTW, sorry I missed the g2g with y'all.

There's a good bit of solid information within this thread, but I do believe the discussion is over. I'm moving this to the drag section.

Great kill, but on the street most people will take victories with a grain of salt (as shown by this thread and its many replies). Next time, try and keep your racing legal, it will give everyone one less aspect to question :bigthumb:
