yea colors + years would be a good idea......i also think some kind of picture would be cool. Also i think we should do one with all subis then fill in for another pic with everyone not to be a profiler hehe.....but also we should all stand with our cars int he pic.

Sorry I haven't been on here lately. I'm in the process of moving out of my house so our internet was shut off. But everybody that wants to be at RA for the group pic must be there @ 11am SHARP. here's an idea... since everyone is gonna be at this event, we could take pics for a calendar... the idea came up a while back but dwindled away... we could take pics for each month based on member's birthdays... comments?
by color is always the best way to do it imo, looks so much more uniform, granted it's easier to tell which X car is yours if you park out of color (that sounds racist lol) by color and by brand mebbe?

Shane speaks highly of you and your group. To answer your questions: - Our "meet" time at Road Atlanta is flexible. Let me know what time you think is best for everyone. I just want to make sure that your group have the correct information so we don't leave anybody out. I will escort you guys to the photo shoot area. After the group photo you all have the option to stay and watch some of the track day racing or leave. - There are restroom facilities convenient to the areas you guys will be at while at Road Atlanta. - Unfortunately the food concessionaires are closed for the smaller events at the race track. There are good restaurants within a short drive outside the race track. Good Mexican and other restaurants to the west in Oakwood right before I-985 or a Zaxby, Wendy's and Cracker Barrel to the east right before I-85. - Another option is for your folks to bring their own snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Milo, Yes, I have identified the plateau overlooking Turns 10A and 10B which should accommodate your group well for the photo site. I will have one of the company truck and a ladder for your photographer(s) to use as the photo stand. This should provide approximate 10 to 15 feet of elevation. I will work with you and your photographer on the placement of the photo stand that best fit your planned group photo. I have vouched for the safe conduct of your group's photo session with race track management. In so doing, I will escort your group from gate entrance to the photo site. Please advise your group that I will meet everyone at 11 o'clock directly in front of the Panoz Driving School building (to the right of Road Atlanta's main entrance from the highway). I will be in a white Chevy Dually. You can "cut and paste" my replies if this would help clarify with your group. Thanks, Larry
basically as long as you caravan your set for being there on time...the rest need to prolly leave a little early so noone gets left out. That clears everything up for me.
just a thought. i don't know if we'll/i'll have time, but, if you want instant gratification, bring a blank CD with you and i might be able to burn a copy of the main photos. i'm going to do my photoshop magic and clean up the photos for us. but, if you have the know-how, i'll burn you a copy of the raw .PSD file. it'll be 122MB, 16-Bit RGB. again, it's all dependant on how long it takes to set-up this shot.
