How low is LOW?

    I have heard some scary stories of those breaking and people loosing their steering.
    lower isn't better there is a point of low where the lower you go the worse you handling gets. Somebody said if the control arms are any lower than parallel with the road it is too low. I like to be a little higher than parallel. I'll explain in more depth later, I have a headache right now.
